Hi! I just wanted to ask how the media school was coming from someone who’s been there for awhile. I still have a few years til I’m off to college but I’ve been looking into going to IU for media and wanted to know what it was like.
I love the media school! They have great equipment, facilities, professors, and courses!

hi! so i’ve already enrolled into bsu but i’ve started to think about withdrawing and going to iu for film and media arts bc it looks so much better there and like a better environment. would you say that would be a good idea? everyone at my high school is going to bsu so i don’t know who else to talk to😭 also how was it like making new friends? i’m an introvert and very nervous
Have you visited IU? I agree I love the environment here, I'm so glad I go here. I'm a film major here too, and I really like IU Media School. There are lots of resources for learning and meeting alumni in that career field. I understand being introverted! I feel awkward around new people too, but trust me at any college there so many opportunities to make new friends. At IU, I joined clubs and made so many best friends. (I almost had to, because practically nobody from my high school came to IU!) Feel free to DM me on IG if you want to talk more! <3
I currently go to the high school that is sponsored by Ball State and would definitely recommend IU over BSU. BSU is much smaller and gets boring quite easily. I am planning on going to IU instead in the fall for international studies.
